Service dept. very shady. Charged us over $200 for a part which was not the correct part and then wanted more money for another part. In all they wanted $385 for tail light repair. They were very rude and would not work with us even though we bought the vehicle there. Signed, very dissatisfied customer.
I have heard from numerous locals that Ron Bouchard's is a terrible place to buy or service your vehicle. I wished I had heard this news before we had bought from them. I hope my time spent doing this survey will save someone else from having a bad experience.

When I bring a vehicle in, they take the time to do it professionally. Very neat and specific. I am a mechanical engineer and do not expect everything to go right. If there is a problem they immediately try and correct. Giving adequate time to resolve, they get to the bottom of it. It seems the people who complain of the service are in a rush. That never works. Vehicles are complicated like any machinery and need time to diagnose. I will keep going here and buying as well. Honest bunch of people.
5.7 Hemi Much better than previous GMC for towing and comfort. No problems. Tow horse trailer without barking back

I had the best buying experience I ever have had.They went out of their way to get me into a vehicle i chose.They made me feel comfortable before during and after the purchase. Their sales personnel were fabulous,they were down to earth,very up front and honest,and willing to work with me. I will continue to buy from them .The service department was very patient, took his time at showing me the options I could chose, and was well informed and friendly. I would recommend my family and friends to use this dealership, they have a wonderful establishment and a great set of guys.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Poor, bought there=No, scv_there=Yes,
I went to the dealership for the first time for a recall issue. I noticed that a brake light was out and asked that they replace it while they were performing the recall work. While waiting I thought of how convenient it was to have a dealership so close by. I was told it would take about 1/2 hour to replace the seat bolts. I showed up @ 7:45 and left at 9:10AM. They handed me a bill for $20.34 to replace a light bulb. The bulb cost $2.73, labor =$14.00 (5 minutes work) and then there was, $1.00 for hazardous mat'l, $1.00 for environmental matl and $3.40 for shop mt'l. When I got to work I called on the bill and never received a return call. I've had bulbs replaced at annual inspections for $5.00. I'll NEVER go back to Ron Bouchard for anything !!!

They worked on my truck for a idle problem for 5 days. In the end told me that all 4.7 manuals have this problem. Service Dept. also doesn't return phone calls! The sales on the other hand is very good to to business with, but who buy's a car from a dealer the can't service it.

Sales=Good, Service=Poor, number of dealership visits=7, Last date=4/02, The mechanics were not knowledgeable of the truck. Truck was pulling to the right brought back 4 times, replaced ball joints and didn't toque axle stubs correctly. This lead to the bearing failing and replacement under warranty. Left the dealership backer plates were rubbing against the rotors, went back to dealer that evening corrected rubbing. The truck was still pulling to the right from either side of the road. Truck was brought to local front end shop I have dealing with for years. After two hours of alignment and tightening the steering box truck was fine. Front end was out of alignment from the factory. That was 16K miles ago and issue never reappeared. I called the service manager to inform him he had a training problem, stated he would check into it and return the call. Never received a call or heard from the dealership. The issues represented above seemed to be service related at the dealership.
