Since the day we bought this truck it has been nothing but a head ache. It took
nine times back to the dealer for them to admit a problem with the transmission.
Then they rebuilt my front drive shaft which then blew up on the way home. Next
the truck started a nasty vibration which the dealer claims is normal for a
2500. Then after several complaints to the BBB like a good consumer Sulliavan
Brothers has told us they don't want to see our truck again. Must be nice to
take someone 25000 dollars and run.

My sales rep was wonderful when I bought my pre-owned Durango. The General Manager
at the time was a complete jerk and actually banned me from the dealership and
kicked me out when I was there for a Dodge recall. So did the Service Manager.
(I was banned b/c he would not cooperate with me on a problem I had that he
did not fix so I reported him to the BBB like a good Consumer should.)
I just traded in the old Durango and bought a brand new 2004 Dodge Durango from
Potamkins Central Cape Dodge in Yarmouth...and what a WONDERFUL experience I
had there. Sullivan Bros could have had my business again - espec since my office
is 5 minutes away, but since I never received any form of apology for the treatment
I received post-purchase...then I can't give them my money! Bummer too b/c I
only hold onto cars for a max of 3-5 years.
I love Dodge. Had Mark not been the General Manager, the circumstances may have
been different. I requested certain things be fixed...and I don't like unkept
promises only to be dismissed after signing the paperwork. The paint was not
fixed correctly and "good enough" in my book is not a response a Customer
should ever hear...I certainly don't give those to mine.
