Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent, Jack Emerald is the ONLY sales guy to deal with, the others are incompetent. Painless sales experience, agreed to price in less than 5 mins and was out the door the same afternoon after they ran the plates. Bought a Caravan subsequent and had the same experience. Trust me, see Jack Emerald.
