Sales=Good, Service=Avoid, Bought the Truck new. Within 1000 miles needed new engine. Fuel Pump went sending unit bloew out throttle body had to be relaced knock sensors replaced and the list goes on and on and on..The service in plain English sucks and they have ruined my experience with a Ram forever. I always liked these trucks up until I started dealing with these people. Mass Attorney Generals office has 100's of complaints as well does the Medford Police Dept. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER IF YOU APPRECIATE YOUR SANITY.
