Unfortunately I made an appointment with this dealership to have my oil changed and rotate the tire. They first told me it would be about an hour. They never got to my truck until they were ready to close nearly 5 hours later. Then they rushed the job. It was late (dark) when they started. The rotation was all wrong, I had the white letter of some tires showing and the black wall showing on others. They spilled oil all over the engine and engine compartment. I had oil on my garage floor when I got up the following day. They simply showed a lack of interest in servicing my truck and when I asked them to correct the problem they told me I would have to pay them "the normal service fee." I would never set foot in that dealership again.

Sales=Good, Service=Poor, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes,
I brought my van to be serviced a few months ago. It was still under warranty. The check engine light kept coming on. It was something to do with the emissions. I brought the van in on a Tuesday and was told the part would be in on Wednesday. I called Wednesday and was told the part didn't come in would be in on Thursday, so called again on Thurs, somehow it would be in on Friday. So finally Friday I called and had them track the package as this was ridiculous waiting 3 days for a part that should take 1 day to get and install and they tracked it to a DIFFERENT dealership. They shipped it to the WRONG one. So I had to go back Friday afternoon to pick up my van, UNFIXED and bring it back on Monday. I called Monday and would you believe the package was there. So finally almost a week after originally bringing it in, it was fixed. TODAY, I brought my van in as it is making a noise and wanted it checked out, I was told that I would need to make an appointment as someone was out sick and they are short another person today. I told the person that I was afraid something was going to fall off the van as it is making a serious shaking sound and all he said was sorry, cant do it today. Talk about sucky customer service. If they valued their customers at all, he would have had someone look at it today. I don't think they care about the safety of their vehicles for their customers. As long as they sell the cars, van etc and make money they don't care. I will never buy another vehicle from their dealership again, nor will I refer anyone.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Poor, Sales: told me that 10k/per year is "way to much" driving for the trade in, then I had to tell him what features are available in what package. Complete incompetence! Service: After dropping a car in the morning and waiting whole day for the estimate, I found out that mechanic will be in training class, and nobody will look at my car for 2 days!
