Dealer has limited to no knowledge of Cummins diesel engines. If you sell a vehicle you should have staff trained to work/repair said vehicle. After a lift pump failure, dealer told us to continue to drive the truck. We disagreed based on previous experience. Dealer insisted, and now we need an injection pump as well. Dealer will not pay for pump that was ruined due to their advice. We were told that they "sympathize" with us. We will see them in court. It is sad because we have bought several vehicles from them. I guess they like to sell to us but not service/honor their word.
