Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid,    front end was very sloppy after only 20,000 miles.  I was told on 2 occasions that my truck was just fine and the problem was in my head.  ended up at a different dealer who replaced the steering box, tie rod end, track bar, steering shaft, and lower control arm bushing.   my truck drives like new.
