My dealings with the sales staff at BoB Banning Dodge have allways gone with no problems as smooth as can be. as far as the service dept. dealing with SEAN . Terry or the manager Allen Stevenson has allways been great . These folks will definatly go the extra mile to help you. I would recomend this dealer for your service needs.

Deal with MRS Banning, she is a real down to earth good honest person. I finally found who to buy a Dodge from, 40.9 list 36.5 delivered. Great deal, great truck, great people.

Had a factory rebuilt engine and transmission installed. Job took 3.5 weeks longer to complete and the shoddy workmanship doesn't begin to describe the work. The price was higher than quoted (my fault for taking a verbal quote). There were missing bolts, wrong bolts used. The engine was mis-wired causing ignition failure on the PA turnpike (the ground wire for the computer was attached to a bolt, too long for the hole, so it was floating causing an intermittent connection. They never found it, I did. the "Checkbook" magazine rates this dealer as poor; I didn't see it in time to make a wise decision.
