First off, I have never bought a vehicle here (yet). Second, all of the "good"
service managers are long gone. I think things got worse after Charlie Brandenburg
left. Harry Shipe was great, also, but now he has been gone for almost a year
now. The service writers that have been in there recently aren't much at all,
in my opinion. Yes, their service techs. are a bit slow, but they are thorough
and have always completed the job to my satisfaction. If you have service done
here, I would STRONGLY advise to have another vehicle or a ride handy. They
offer "loaner" cars, but they are hard to come by, since they are
in HIGH demand. Third, I have dealt with the parts department. Parts have ALWAYS
came in when expected and usually less expensive than most other Dodge dealerships
in the area.

I called ahead and made a service appointment for 8 a.m. Routine transmission
and transaxle maintenance. On day of appointment, I dropped car off at 8 a.m.
Went back to pick up car at 3:45 p.m. Car had not moved since 8 a.m. When I
said something, car had been moved into service bay. Car was ready about 1 hour
later, grease smudge was left on rear leather seat, and service writer forgot
to order 2 parts I had requested.

They don't seem to care about the customer at all. I think it has a lot to do
with whom they have hired. its always a "when I get around to it"
attitude. i have sat in their service department for 2 hours when the job should
have taken 30 minutes at the very most. The service writer (keith) did not follow
up on the progress to my car. When i confronted him late in the 2nd hour as
to the status of my car he told me its ready. AS if to say it had been ready
for a while and he was enjoying watching me wait. that's all for now. i could
go on and on. i don't think i will ever go back.

I recently traded my 1999 dodge sport truck 4x4 quad in on a 2002 Dodge
Sport truck 4x4 quad with 4 doors. I advised the sales men that if we can"t
work out a Deal on my terms I wasn't going to order a vehicle . Within 45 minutes
I was smiling from ear to ear, they gave me what I wanted for my old truck as
well as ordered a new truck to my specs. Also they have a excellent service
manager now. (sincerely a happy customer )
