This dealership sucks; there's no other words to describe it. I bought my used
1997 2500HD Ram from these jerks. The only fluid that had been changed by them
was the oil. The coolant was brown, when I flushed it. As a result of poor maintenance
from the previous owner, the motor blew two weeks later. I was given a choice
by the service manager; put in a used motor for free and get no warranty on
it, or get a Jasper motor. So in goes a Jasper motor, and I had to pay for its
installation...I guess the price of the install paid for the Jasper warranty.
Then I found that the driver's carpet was soaked, so sealant was applied everywhere
that water could come through. Then my truck started pulling to the left. After
numerous diagnoses, new brake pads were put on, but Cook never turned the rotors.
Then my tranny blew at 96,000 miles. $4000 later, I have a new Jasper tranny.
18,000 miles after the brake pad "fix", and numerous complaints in
between about the truck still pulling, the metal backing pad began grinding
on the rotor. I was told, "Sorry, 12,000 miles or one year warranty for
all repairs". Let's not forget that at this point, I've dropped over $8000
in repairs on this truck. I'm done with these guys. Schaefer and Strohminger
Bel Air Dodge now has my business, and they're great. Brake problem fixed on
the first try and no more problems. I know that with a used vehicle, you're
buying someone else's problems, but dealerships should thoroughly inspect a
vehicle, before putting it out on the lot.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
Went there in the summer and left after seeing the truck I wanted bad and getting
prices that were way high. Went back due to large inventory of diesels(hugest
around!) and was assisted by Sales Manger Chuck and Salesman Chip and another
Salesman Tom. They let me run my course testing and climbing and looking at
invoices and answering my dumb questions.
Service. Took it in at 1000 miles for steering wheel off center and wander.
They actually fixed it to a degree. I may take it back and ask them to set to
TDR specs to improve even more but still they got it right for spec.
