I was shopping for a 2006 2500 CTD and brought my BMW in as a trade to Keene Dodge. I was introduced to a salesman who worked in the Used Car lot. This elderly gentleman was very difficult to work with. I asked him about a truck with the navigation radio. He took me over to the parts department to get a quote for a navigation radio, telling me that it was cheaper to have the dealer put it in than order it as a factory option. He found me a 2006 2500 CTD SLT but ignored my requests to see the invoice and continued to show me the MSRP, telling me it was a good price ($44,000). When he finally saw that I knew what I was talking about, he showed me the invoice, which was about $10,000 less than MSRP. I had given him the keys to my BMW, so he could look at the interior, but I instead saw the sales manager (a kid) get into my car and leave. He was gone for 10 minutes. I had my young children with me and had only intended on staying at the dealership to get a price quote (should have been 25 min max). I ended up staying over 1.5 hours, because the salesman kept disappearing for 20 minutes at a time. Since they had my keys, I couldn't leave. They told me that my BMW (a 2002 530i Sport) was only worth $15,000 on trade. When the sales manager returned from his joy ride with my BMW, I demanded my keys back and left.
Stay away from these shysters!!!!

I've had my 98 Ram 4x4 serviced here for years and have never had any issues with their work or the overall experience (call-backs, appt times, etc.) I bought my truck used elsewhere (with 19,000 miles on it) and have had warranty service done here with no problem (intake manifold gasket replaced due to leak). I now have over 150,000 miles on my truck and never hesitate to go to Keene for dealer service - they know their stuff and are pleasant while doing it.

Very nice people. Salesman Oney Law was very helpful and knowledgeable. No hassle buying at it's best. I just purchased my third vehicle from him. Will definitely return and recommend him to everyone.

The last reviewer (below) of Keene Dodge must be on another planet. This is the second Dodge Intrepid we've purchased from Keene Dodge and the other Dodge (Stratus) we have, purchased from the same salesperson (for the Intrepids) when he was at another Dodge dealership, has been serviced at Keene, including warranty repairs. Also, the Stratus had major body damage repaired (hit a deer) in Keene's body shop and the work was superb! Customers are well-treated and staff goes the extra mile.

What a horrible experience! Shopping for used vehicles should NOT be this painful. VERY PUSHY. DO NOT LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS NEEDS. Should not be a 5-star dealer if this is how they work. Ended up buying a newer, lower mileage vehicle at a much better price from their competitor. No pressure, no hassle. RUN!!!!!!!!!!!
