Sales Dept. was great, from salesman to Manager Tim Wilson. Price was very competitive,
in fact it was the best. They gave me a great trade in. Will buy from again.

Sales=Poor, Service=Don't Know, bought there=No, scv_there=No,
My 22 year old, college graduate son went to the dealership to test drive a
Dodge Ram 2500, settle on a price and leave a deposit so I could pick up the
vehicle the next day. After the test drive, the salesman refused to discuss
the price of the vehicle. After driving the trade in vehicle he offered a very
low trade in value claiming that either the air conditioning did not work or
he did not now how to turn it on. It works beautifully. I guess both of these
actions were his choice in a free market, just not very high on the public relations
scale. However, it seems that the salesman, who could not turn on the air conditioning,
had left our vehicle running and locked the keys inside. Alright, anyone can
make a mistake. He said he would have the service department open the vehicle.
Over 30 minutes later my son asked about our vehicle and when no one could provide
an answer he went to the service department and asked when the vehicle would
be open. They knew nothing about it. Three pages from the desk did not produce
the salesman. For the next hour my son and his girlfriend were privileged to
sit in the sales area and listen to the other salesmen complain and make rude
remarks about customers they had worked with over the past few days. Finally
the salesman returned and with no apology said something like "Here's your
keys, come back tomorrow and we'll talk about a price". The next day, my
son went to another dealership, negotiated a fair price, put down a deposit
and we will pick up the vehicle as soon as it arrives. Needless to say, we will
not be returning to Musselman's.

Sales=Good, Service=Don't Know,
Great Price !!! Ordered a truck for me below invoice price, no BS or major hassle.
Mention TDR, they will give you a good deal. Ask for Mike (GM) or Kenny Jr.
(Sales Manager) They have a strong truck allocation. Not the most personable
folks I ever met. They never call to update me on my order status. I requested
that they call me when my order status changes. When I call to inquire they
act like I am a major PIA. Other than that, very satisfied. Will post again
after I take delivery.
