I bought my truck back in 03 and have had it serviced and had warranty work done to it. I have no complaints, they have given me cars to drive when I needed one. They even came to my house to pick me up when I could not get to the dealer ship to retrieve my truck. I will buy my next car or truck from them.

i'm in my 40's and have lived and bought many dodges in other states when my luck was down Ralph's dodge came through...great all around service, and now I have a NICE HEMI Truck.....

I have taken my still-under-warranty truck there for the same problems on multiple occasions. I've been told twice that they don't fix problems unless they can be replicated in the shop. The folks at the dealership are pleasant enough; they're just not fixing the problem. They won't take my word for it, and I have to keep returning -- very inconvenient and frustrating.

No pressure deal, GREAT price (end of year), only took back once because the radio stopped working. Problem was fixed when the mechanic removed several coins my son had inserted into the tape deck (without us knowing). The man smiled and said "No Charge". I still get Christmas cards from the guy who sold me the car!!
