My fiancee and I went to find a used car on President's Day. I had some good experiences with other dealers, and some bad ones. But Sherwin Wells showed us a car in our price range, and together with his manager got the price down to what was comfortable to us. We are getting married at the end of May, and paying for the wedding ourselves, so we couldn't afford a higher priced car. And Sherwin made sure that we were put in a car by the end of the day. It was a long day, and we are both happy with our purchase. And the gentleman in the finance department helped us as well.

I'd like to recommend my dealer to other potential buyers. I worked with a very cooperative salesman and sales manager. I walked in there very prepared with info gathered from various internet sources (including the TDR of course) and was able to order and purchase my truck for $107 over the invoice price with very little haggling. I haven't had to deal with the service department yet; however, if they are half as good as the sales staff, I'll be very pleased.

I am glad to hear that someone around here is finally turning around their business practices. I tried to deal with Reed Brothers when I ordered my '96 and couldn't get past $250 off LIST price then so I wouldn't even reconsider going back there again, maybe in the future I will. I have heard they have a good service dept, but am unsure if they know a whole lot about Diesels.
