Both Service advisors, Joel Raiber and Rich Kafka, are phenomenal guys! They have bent over backwards to help me. When I bought my 1997 Dodge Ram 5.9L V8 from Cook Dodge, I had nothing but problems, until I took it to Schaeffer & Strohminger. Don, the Service Manager, welcomed me and took me to the dealership and immediately assigned my truck to Joel. They took care of my truck, and I never had another problem again. I now own a 2005 2500HD CTD and, although I didn't buy it from S&S Dodge (couldn't get the price I wanted), I still bring my truck to them for service. Their parts department is great too. Steve has found parts for me that other dealerships have said aren't in Mopar's inventory anymore. Thumbs up guys!
Compared to my 1997 Gasser, this truck is awesome! I will never own a gas engine again.
