Slow, don't communicate. Act like they are hiding something. Aren't up front
with issues.
Chrysler/Dodge is not a stand up company. They boast of a great warranty and
don't support it. They are not true to their word.

I've been using Thompson Dodge Service department exclusively for all of my
automotive maintenance needs for over 8 years now. I have all 3 of my vehicles
serviced there, and 2 of them, I purchased from other Non Dodge Dealers in the
Baltimore Metro area. I have NEVER had a problem which wasn't fixed promptly,
correctly, and well within the expected time frame. The Thompson Dodge Service
Department is the most efficiently and courteously run service department I
have ever encountered. They are the best, without question. If Thompson Dodge
Service department can't fix it, then it can't be fixed!

Sales=Excellent, Service=Poor,
Sales department is top-notch. I asked for a specific truck with only certain
options and they found it. I told them I would only pay a certain amount for
the down payment and gave them a limit on the monthly payment and they did it.
Service department is not so good though... took 2 1/2 hours to install a bedliner.
Had to reschedule to have clearance lights installed because they neglected
to order the lights.
