Sales=Don't Know, Service=Poor, Parts=Don't Know, scv_there=Yes,
Traveling and having a hard time starting vehicle, wanted the dodge put on the machine to find out what is wrong. They replaced started for $330 and give us "WEAK ENGINE" - not telling us if it is low compression, broken rings, or what. We have the same trouble starting that we did before they replaced the starter, we feel because we were out of state travelers, they didn't pay any attention to what was really wrong, WEAK ENGINE is not a technical term. They should have know it was not starter trouble.

Had vehicle serviced here that i had bought out of state. Bought my next two vehicles there, so happy with the pressure free buying. I have a lot of fun negotiating a deal, the salespeople actually point you to the vehicle you want and not jam you in to something. The service keeps me coming back.

I would not take my wheelbarrow there. We had our ram taken there and they charged for parts they never put on.

Excellent sales department, friendly, courteous, and no pressure to buy. It's a revelation to the sales industry.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid,
TWO vehicles (1997, and 1998 Jeeps) turned out to be LEMONS! When we signed on the dotted line, we were aware that there could possibly be problems with the vehicle, but major problems with TWO?! Over a period of 4 months (weeks having the two vehicles in for MAJOR REPAIRS (missed by the mechanics), hundreds of miles of traveling back and forth to Bangor, and extra cash out of own pockets!) Irate,I spoke to the "owner" of Bangor Dodge and told him that this whole deal was "so unfair" and asked him what he planned to do to compensate us for this HUGE INCONVENIENCE, and he replied with indifference, " Yes, it is "unfair," but I am not going to do "anything." It will take THREE WEEKS to get the part (transfer case) for the second LEMON, which leaves me making payments on a vehicle that I can not drive and has a warranty that is running out after the first of the new year. Can't get my money back, so guess I'm stuck with the LEMON. Will NEVER do business with them again!
