Bought two used Jeep Grand Cherokees in the past six years, Got a great price, The finance department was straight forward. Both Jeeps were great! We drive our Jeeps 40,000 miles a year and are fussy about the service. Jolly has a great service department that fixes our Jeeps right.
Jolly John, Peter Gordon, John Williams have always exceeded our sales, service, and parts needs!

I called Jolly Johns and talked to them on the phone. they told me a great price over the phone and said we can definitely beat that other dealers price it will not be a waste of a trip. I had to travel about 2 hours to get there. When I got there a salesperson approached me and I told him I spoke with Matt and he said he had a great deal for me so I just drove down here to check the truck out. I said I am trading out of this and I like this truck. He told me to come inside and I did and he went to speak with his manager. He came back and said there is no way we can sell the truck for that price and no way we will give you that for your trade. We were $5000 off on the trade and $3000 off on the truck. He was real rude about everything wouldn't even ask me if I wanted to see the truck what the actual payments would be the numbers on paper he was just basically trying to get me out the door. I said Matt told me to come down and he had a great deal. he said Matt went home at 5 today he is sorta new and he should have never told you that. I said that doesn't make up for the 2 hours down here I just drove, and I left. I would never in my life even consider them for a new or used vehicle

They will try to take you for every dime in your pocket when it comes to a repair, which is probably not needed to begin with.

my boyfriend has a 2000 Daewoo Lanos and we had gotten into an accident about a month or so ago and the drivers side headlight got broken. A few days after it he had went to the Jolly Johns dealership to order a headlight and they said it would be in in a week. well that week came and went and he had called a few days after the week and they said it would be another week. well that week came and went, and a few days after that he called again and they then said they they lost the order and they needed his registration to order it so he gave it to them. and again the same thing happened they said it would be a week. well that week came and went. they said it would be in on monday april 28,2003. well he called and it hadn't come in, same with tuesday, and finally on wednesday april 30, 2003 it came. and they said he wouldn't make him pay for it until it came in. when he went to pick it up,they had still made him pay full price for it. which i think he should have either been given a discount or been given it free of charge because of all the hassle he was given. i will be calling the better business bureau and reporting you and i will be calling the saco dealership and speaking to the manager first thing in the morning . I used to recommend the saco jolly johns dealership to everyone i know who were looking to buy a vehicle.but after this experience i will be recommending people DO NOT GO TO THE SACO JOLLY JOHNS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE RIP OFF ARTIST. my boyfriend has had a few bad experiences with the dealership and i for one will not do business with them ever again until i see results which are to my liking.

Don't take your vehicle to be serviced here. They'll find things wrong with it that do not exist. I was told it had some major mechanical problems when I had it in for a tune-up and oil-change. I declined the repairs so that I could get a "second opinion". I took my car to two other repair facilities and neither one could confirm the alleged "mechanical problems". It would have been another $500 in Jolly John's pocket if I was dumb enough to fall for this tactic. BEWARE!

I have to respond about this dealership because of the rating I see posted here and my own experience. They sold me a dangerous car that could not possibly have passed their used car inspection. The carburetor was bad. The car could barely move. I brought it in and they kept it for two days and then said nothing was wrong. Still it would not move. I brought it back again, they tuned it up. Still not working. I brought it to a car repair shop and they were in disbelief that a car could be sold when the dealer clearly knew what was wrong with it. They said even a rookie car repairman would know what was wrong just by our description and a test drive. We told them how long it had been (almost 30 days) and they (and we) concluded that Jolly was waiting for the 30 day warranty to pass so they would not have to pay for a new carburetor. The last time we brought it in the shop it was by tow truck and we almost had him drive it through the showroom door. Mr. Jolly all of a sudden was not so Jolly when we asked for our money back. He yelled at the salesman to get us the hell out of there when he could not convince us that "nothing is wrong with that car". So perhaps Mr. Jolly is only happy when he sells new cars that work instead of bad cars that don't. He certainly did not care whether we were satisfied customers or not.
