How about giving the dealership a response page to address some of the other side of the story? A vehicle with 49,000 miles on it may have an emission warranty, but it does not have provisions to replace a u-joint. Let’s get the story straight...

We took our Ram in for a u-joint replacement under warranty, and they just replaced a single cap on the joint. Which lead to replacement of the joint after warranty. Our other bad experience was we had out cat replaced cause it went bad, and they broke a front driveshaft u-joint and charged us for it. They charged $101 total, and $68 was for the joint itself. Little high considering you can go to an auto part store and buy one for $12
