Sales=Poor, Service=Don't Know, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=No, scv_there=No,
Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
I signed a Retail Buyers Order on Feb. 18, 2005, signed by the Sales Mgr. for
used Dodge Magnum RT which had an advertised price of $29,900 on the internet
site. I had almost bought a used Dodge Durango offered to me by one of the other
salesman but decided to wait. I was promised that if I came back to the dealer
on Monday, Feb. 21, that I could sign and drive the car. I put down $1,000.00
to insure my good faith. I came back on Monday to pick up the car, and was told
that they couldn't do the deal because I owed too much on my trade in. This
was a lie, since the salesman had obtained a pay off before I signed the deal.
They reneged because they wanted more money than had been signed off on. I believe
I have grounds to sue them because they executed the contract and cashed my
deposit check. But a word to those who buy from this dealer. They have no ethics
and are not honorable.
I have had absolutely no problems with any Dodge vehicle for the past 20 years.
All I do is change the oil and drive it hard and my wife has always driven it
the same.

Avoid this dealer and service department like the plague ... they have a poor
attitude , poorly trained diesel mechanics and prefer to charge for services
not rendered and try to charge the customer for warranty covered items.
Been there once for simple maintenance service and they tried to tell me that
they were going to void my engine warranty if I didn't use the MOPAR oil and
filters (I use the fleetguard filter and rotella synthetic). My second visit
was for a warranty covered lift pump and they tried to charge me for putting
it on the computer and then tried to tell me it was water in the fuel and not
the lift pump (prior to the dealer visit I stopped at my trusty Cummins service
center and they told me to get the pump replaced under my warranty), After much
argument the dealer replaced the pump and again threatened to void my warranty
for using fuel with water in it!
Avoid these guys at all cost >>> Walk before you consider going here!
