Terrific Body Shop Staff. They went out of their way to temporarily repair a 5 day old Honda CRV and help get us back down state in 2 days after being involved in a collision.

When they give you a time to bring your truck in to be worked on they take it in on time. If the work is going to take a day or so they give you a new truck to use till yours is done. Had truck in for service 3 times and fixed everything the first time with no problems.

 I bought from Big Valley even though its a 1100 mile drive. They have a great sales and service staff and do all they can to get you back on the road as soon as possible. They even offered to deliver the truck to South Carolina. Can't ask for better service. I would buy from them again. GREAT DEALERSHIP ... GOOD FOLKS TO DEAL WITH
