this was a terrible experience for me, not only was I charged for something I did not ask for they were rude and unhelpful, I took my jeep in for a recall and decided to get my oil changed in the process seeing this WAS A JEEP DEALERSHIP. I will never go back, it almost soured me to the whole jeep thing.

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid,
Seat track cover broken, made appoint for 2 weeks in future, Kept truck 3 days [other work to be done at end of third day still no track cover I was told didn't know what color to order till seen truck. The truck is on their computer with every option that's on the truck including interior color. They really have a good sales staff, willing to look on computer for truck you want and make dealer trade to get it. Wouldn't take a tinker toy there to be put together by their service department.
