I didn't know about this website before today or I would have reported them long before this. I have never been treated so bad anywhere in my life. My car broke down in Alanta MI. and was towed to Feeny. I had a service contract that I feel they didn't want to honor. They refused to give me a loaner car or rental so I had to call a friend to pick me up and take me back to Mio MI. Then I had to get my son to drive from Toledo Ohio to Mio to pick me up take me back to Petersburg MI. to get my other truck. I had to do this because they wouldn't call my cell phone [I told them I would pay for the calls] it took a week to replace a belt and a timing belt. I told them I would sign something to fix my car but they would not do anything until I would go there and check on it. When they finished they told me i had to wait until they got the okay from Chrysler [could take up to a week]he said, just give me your credit card and you can get reimbursed from Chrysler, I told him to run it thru and see what happens, he said he didn't have time right now but he would soon as he had time, I told him I was going to call and find out what in the hell was going on why they wouldn’t ok the repairs, he said let me try first, come or call back in an hour, I said call me if you find out any thing, he said he would, I gave him my number again. I went back after an hour and talked to another man he said they had called back and ok'd the repairs 5 minutes after i left as usual he wouldn’t call. If I ever broke down near Gaylord MI. if it cost me a 1000.dollars I’d have it towed anywhere!!!!
STAY AWAY FROM FEENY DODGE, I've never been treated like that at any other dealer
