I refer to this dealer as the "Crooked Dealer". A fine example, but
certainly not the only case like this, is the time I brought my car in complaining
that each time I replaced the burnt out taillight it burned out again after
a day or so. After charging me for diagnostic and "repair"
and 1/2 labor, $90 total, my light worked fine until two days later when it
burned out again. Brought it back in, they decided to replace the circuit board,
but wanted to charge another diagnostic fee plus 1/2 hr labor, I find out that
the first time out they had, yes, simply put in a new bulb. How much would it
have been to replace the circuit board first time out? $90. I had to spend a
good half hour arguing with the desk guy before getting them to replace the
circuit board at no additional charge. I am female, but I am not a chump. Unfortunately
this dealer was closest to my place of work so I did continue seeing them, but
had to keep a sharp eye on them. I no longer own the car.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know,
Tried to charge additional fees on the New Dodge Liberty once it was first released.
We went to several other dealers and this charge was never initiated. We purchased
the vehicle from another dealership and received an excellent price without
the additional "charges".
