Sales=Poor, Service=Poor, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=No,
I purchased a 2005 Grand Caravan SXT based on the one I test-drove. The one I got when I picked it up gave me problems the minute I drove it off the lot. It has a bad vibration, rides rough, has its own hurricane in the van (very noisy), many other problems. When I took it back to the service department, they would not do anything to help fix the problems. They were all rude. I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership nor will I ever by another Chrysler product EVER! Don't go to this dealership.
I've already contacted a Lemon Law lawyer and hopefully will get some results.

I bought my Dodge Caravan From This dealership in August, 2002. First of all the Van I wanted was with the CD Player and the sales person said it will and when we got the Van, I had to pay extra for the CD Player. The sales person I was dealing with, he made a deal with me and I did negotiate couple of extra things I was looking in the vehicle with him and every time he had to make a decision he went to talk to his manager, came back after few minutes and finally he agreed. When it was time to sign the papers, every extra thing I requested to put on the Van was charged to me. I am saying if I had to pay myself for everything extra, I did not had t ask him and he definitely did not had to ask his manager for every time. He made me sing the sales person survey before I went for signing the papers for my Van because he already knew that I will never sign the survey after signing the papers for my vehicle. I signed the Papers for my Van because they already put the stuff on the vehicle whichever I wanted and I did not want to change my words of buying the Vehicle. Anyway that was my life's first and last Vehicle from this dealership and probably made by Dodge, I will never think of Buying another Vehicle from Dodge.

Excellent sales experience via Dennis Weimer, and "Vic". The dealership needs to improve its showroom, and the appearance (clothing) of sales reps but the sales service is A-1. Also I prefer them for service. I have tried 6 dealerships over the last 10 years for service and they have proven to care the most. Respectful of my time, my vehicle and my concerns. Mr. Davis is to be commended.

My Salesman, JAson Burns, made buying my truck very easy. He found an '04 Quad cab Hemi 4x4 Ram for me in less than 1 hour. It was exactly what I wanted. He had to set up a dealer trade. He picked me up at my house, went over the truck with me, and had the sirius satellite radio installed (Dodge Promotion) in an hour.
The sales staff and finance staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks for an excellent dealer experience.
Buy a Ram!!! They are great TRUCKS!!!!!

Avoid like the plague!
Purchased a 1999 Ford Ranger XLT in November 2003. Walked in, told them what my offer was and they accepted it no counter offer made. This should have been my red flag. They sent the truck out to be detailed and we were told to return the nest day at 2pm. The next day we called to make sure the truck was back on the lot and was ready. We were told yes. This was a fifty mile trip for us. Arrived at 2:30pm and no truck on the lot. At 3:30pm the truck was finally returned to the dealer. Did the transaction; paid the deposit and signed the papers. Three days later the truck dies driving down the road...when it finally restarts it will not come out of first gear. Called the dealer and they said to bring it back to them. FIFTY MILES IN FIRST GEAR! I don't think so! After much argument they picked it up and paid the tow bill...$150.00 one way. They had the truck two days, said it was a sensor, fixed it and told us to come pick it up. Another fifty mile trip for us.. ..Ten days later the salesman called and said we never gave him the money. We are talking fifteen hundred dollars! The general manager said they don't hand out the keys until the transaction is complete. Then how did I drive the truck home then, with my magic finger key. We were told to pay the deposit again or they would come and get the truck. To make a long story shorter we agreed to pay half of the deposit again because we did not get a receipt for our cash deposit...Stupid...stupid me. All in all the truck is junk it gets 13 miles to the gallon on the highway and we have had to replace a ton of parts. Never got better than 16 miles highway. We owned this truck for five months and sold it last week. Goodbye nightmare! A piece of advice if you buy from them DO NOT purchase any other brand but a dodge. They don't service any other make but Dodge there but they will not let you take it to an authorize service shop near your home. You must return it to them and they send it out to some fly by night service shop down the road....Lession: Galeana's staff are morons and buyer beware.

While I love my 04 Ram.... And liked my salesman, I thought the management and loan departments were horrible... While I have GREAT credit (I'll get into that later), the loan dept told me I had bad credit and the best rate I could get was 12% APR. Unfortunately, they had my perfect truck with exactly the options and color I wanted... So, I went to two banks and got the A rating APR and bought my truck... Because of this, I would NOT buy another vehicle there. They turned out to be the reason you here the horror stories about dealerships. So in summary, ALL the banks the dealership deals with thought I had bad credit, but the two I happened to call ran my credit and gave me a great rate... GO FIGURE.
I LOVE MY RAM!

took truck in under warranty because of a clunking it the front end which they could not trouble shoot. after spending some time on dodgetrucks.org i found that it is a very common problem with the track bar wearing out and of course the warranty is now up now i am socked with a $400 repair that i have to do myself. another problem i have is that the passenger seat sounds like it wants to come off the tracks when going over bumps and no one in it. now wouldn't you think that if the safety belt is part of the seat that this might become a big safety issue if someone is sitting in the seat and it did not perform in a wreck with my wife sitting in it. again not a warranty problem it is my $2000 problem to replace the seat. ...hang on hunny!!!   i still love my truck!!!!

I have had nothings but problems from these people in the past two days. I bought a 1997 Plymouth Neon January 15th, 2003. And now 2 months and nine days later my engine blows. My main connecting rod went in it and they are telling me I need a whole new engine. The funny thing is I am 800 miles over my warranty that was 3 months or 3000 miles and they are making me pay the 2000 dollar bill plus the towing bill that they said was covered. They told me to have it towed to the dealer and it would be covered under warranty and then once it was there they told me it wasn't. So I had to pay the 50 dollars. That was the second tow bill in four days I had to pay. Then they agreed to look at it and when they did they told me about the 300 mile issue. I am getting a lawyer and trying to warn people about these jerk offs that work there. They are very ignorant people who like to scam.

took my Neon in for a tune up. Almost fainted when I got the bill for $240.00! looked into buying a new Stratus there and was harassed and badgered by the salesman, who didn't have a clue about what my interest rate or payment would be but kept asking me when I wanted to pick up the car. I decided against buying when I was finally informed that my monthly payment would be $475! These guys are rude and pushy.
