Not only did I get the best possible price on my Stratus, but the sales department was incredible. The salesman, Patrick Blake, even did a home delivery of the vehicle. (I do not live close to the dealership). The sales department were extremely professional and I will continue to buy there!!When I had to take my vehicle in for a recall, the salesman even drove it in for me and left me a vehicle in return. You just don't find service like that in dealerships anymore...

number of dealership visits=8-10, Last visit=July 2002, After my divorce it was time to get a new vehicle on my own for the first time in years. The salesman bent over backwards to help me and the financial manager was more than accommodating. The service department during my 3 year lease was wonderful. All my questions were answered and any problem with my vehicle was fixed promptly.

I have a 2001 2500 4x4 diesel. I took my truck in for what seemed to be electrical problems. They kept my truck for THREE DAYS!!!! and NEVER touched it!!! They told me nothing was wrong. I have the problem fixed with a software update from another dealer.

I bought my truck @ Patsy Lou Williamson Dodge in Flint MI, and from day one I have had a "Clunk" in the steering, I took it back to Williamsons.(Now Genesse Valley Dodge)and they said they had to order a part, and they would call me when it came in. I Was never called, and meanwhile Williamsons sold the dealership to Gennesse Valley Dodge, so I took it there (Along with a service bulletin describing my problem and exactly how to fix it. Their response was " Our technician didn't hear the noise" Now my warranty has expired and I still have the clunk in my steering!!!! I have driven Chrysler products for over 40 years and have been very pleased, but you can bet this will be my LAST ONE!!!! P.S Also took it to Aurrand- Slingerland Dodge in Owosso MI with the same results!!
