I made a appointment on 3.1.04 I was told it would be one week so after a week I call to see if my Durango was ready for me pick up, I was told They didn't even look at it yet. I was told to call back in a few days. so two days later I call and was told they were waiting on parts to call back in a few days. I call back four day later and was told they had the parts but haven,t done anything with my Durango, when I asked why they told me they had a lot of other car who came in so they were going to take care of them first. now it is three weeks that they have had my Durango and I am told if they don't have too many other come in for repairs they might work on my Durango. I haven't heard from them yet What good is a appointment Connie Wiederhold
