The hole staff at Lochmoor was very helpfull. Every body is very friendly....I had work done on my ram and was very pleased with a technician named Harold when speaking with him I could tell he was very well trained. And all my vehicle concerns were fixed the first visit..Thanks Llochmoor and technician Harold.

I have always been treated fairly, and my vehicle service experience has been positive. My vehicle was ready when promised , and repaired properly the first time.

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid, On two separate occasions my vehicle was held for an exceptionally long time, I had to go to the corporation for assistance. It took them 3 days before they began to work on the vehicle. They're answer is all service centers are swamped and there are four cars ahead of you. Lochmoor sales center provided good service but the experience with the service center negated it and I will never do business with Chrysler Corporation again!
