Any time I have been there to purchase I have always gotten the (best!!!) Trade-in value even compared to grand rapids dealers, have always been treated respectfully, and have always gotten the best buy for our money, this is why my family purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership last year in 2005 and will always be repeat buyers and have always passed on a good word to our friends.

i got a 2001 dodge. before i paid for it i asked if dodge had problems with the trans? " oooooh no they fixed that you will have no problems with it!". 4 months later had to get a new one "$2,500. have a nice day" .

I bought my truck from Marco Dodge, as a new-used vehicle. I drove less than a hundred miles and my control arm fell off. Since then, the service department has had to replace almost all of my front end parts (leaving me with out a vehicle) and not to mention my transmission that took them over two weeks to fix. I am still having steering problems in which they have charged me twice to diagnose, but have still not fixed. The dealership ended up selling me another extended warranty, but only after my transmission blew up, and a argument over who should pay for the towing that is covered by my service plan. It was an all around night mare, I have fewer complaints about the sales department, but overall I would avoid this dealership like it had the plague.

excellent place to buy a new vehicle..the sales people are very knowledgeable and professional. Parts and service go the extra mile to resolve any problems i have.....

I bought brand new and thought that with all of the warranty that I would be safe. I have had so many problems it is ridiculous. Every time I need to have service work done they finagle they way around it so that I end up paying for something that I thought would be covered by warranty. The owner Darrell is a little prick. He does care about customers but merely how much money he can make off of them. He is a greedy a**hole. This dealership has not only treated me this way. At any one time you can hear some one complaining about them from there customer lounge. They sometimes close the door on us. I will not purchase another vehicle there and I feel responsible to warn others that may be considering a vehicle purchase. Stay away from Marco Dodge.
If Chrysler were smart they would take there name off that sh** hole. I would not want one of my dealerships to represent me the way that idiot does. He is bad business.

I found a family of friendly sales and service people, whom are always willing to go the extra mile. If my vehicle is going to be left over night my salesman or his manager L.J. Make sure that me or my wife always have a means of transportation. Jim has even given a few rides when I needed to go home or to work. They are so easy to get along with that there is no reason why not to buy from these true professionals.
Though she may be a thirsty girl, I never have a problem passing and the wildlife runs in fear as my HEMI comes roaring down the road.

Service dept. is run by two women who treat the mechanics like they are trash and customers like they don't know anything Sales is headed up by a head strong fellow named LJ. sales has a turnover rate of people that is very high , ( wonder why ), if you're going to buy there you had better do it all on the same day or the next time you come in your sales person might be gone. service dept .fixed a air conditioner connection after it rubbed thru and left me out of state with no air conditioning when I returned to marco it took two weeks to get the part and put it on,, which I later found out had a factory recall that Marco knew nothing about. I buy new every 3 years and I bet MARCO DODGE don't ever see me again.

Posted to the TDRoundtable: These guys are great. I ordered the plastic for my bumper Wed. they had it Thursday. and when a line on a used bumper did work out i went there on friday and they found me one that day and got it to me. If you guys need any parts come see these guys.
