I got sucked into a squabble with Marlette C/D over $34 that has escalated into a shouting match because the dealer let $34 become a problem on a $26,100 sale; that's 1/8 of 1 percent, folks. They were so petty as to register my truck 4 months short of my birthday to make up the $34 after the sales person told me that she would take care of it. (I even offered to bring the $34 to the delivery just to shut her up and she told me that it wasn't necessary!!!) Instead, they pulled this underhanded stunt, plus they removed a wiring harness package from the vehicle that was listed on the window sticker. If I had to do it over again, I'd ride a camel before I bought a truck from MARLETTE CHRYSLER/DODGE. That's what I get for dealing with small-town yokels.

I found their service department to be friendly and easy to work with. They take the extra time to explain to me, without making me feel stupid, what is wrong and what needs to be done to fix my vehicle. Repairs are done in a timely fashion so I'm not without a vehicle for an extended time also they have loaner cars available if needed. Even though I live in Port Huron which is about 50 miles from Marlette I will always take my vehicle there instead of a local dealer just because I think they treat me better.
Also I purchase a used car there and found the experience to be fair and simply. They gave me a good value on my trade in and their fiancé department handled every for the financing. All I had to do was tell them what car I wanted they called the banks got me the best rate. Then I just showed up signed the paper work and drove away with my new, used car.
I purchase my 1994 Ram truck used back in 1996 I've been driving in for the last 7 years and have been very pleased with it.

The guys there were great they did everything I asked, also went threw all my options, service was also a good experience I had one minor problem with my dodge ram 2002. (blown fuse) and they fixed it quick also have a nice waiting area with coffee. Love it there.
