This was the best buying experience of any auto that I have purchased in the last 25 years.

I will let you know that I worked for Meadowbrook and the stuff that goes on there is unbelievable. Warranty fraud, overcharging customers, not installing parts on vehicles when they said they do, employees doing certain things with other employees in customer cars. It is unbelievable. There was even a time when 1 of there employees had there own new truck in for service and the oil tech forgot to put oil in it. Blew the engine and then had a hard time getting it fix. The only thing good out of that dealership right now is the PARTS DEPARTMENT. I highly recommend not using this dealership for service and new vehicles.

I got a great deal on my vehicle when I purchased through meadowbrook dodge. They helped me with questions about financing and maintenance all the way to the turn in process. I would recommend to the highest degree purchasing from meadowbrook dodge. The service department was extremely helpful when I needed a ride into work while my car was being serviced. The whole place was pleasant and helpful and I don't know if I would shop anywhere else for my next vehicle.

I brought my car in for a in warranty engine problem. A service engine light had appeared on the dash and I wanted them to tell me what codes were set. They called me back and told me that there was a problem with the EGR valve on the engine and that it would be covered for repair under warranty. They also informed me that I need to have the intake manifold cleaned???? This would cost about $400. They told me that this was required on this car every 30,000 miles (Not listed in the service manual). I am a mechanic and I have never heard of this procedure. I have never had it done on any car I have owned. When they lied to me to get some extra money out of me, they lost me as a customer. It does make me wonder how many other unknowledgeable customers have fallen for this scheme. When I told them I just wanted to have the valve replaced, they denied me the right to have the vehicle serviced because I would not pay for their other service. I told them I would be right up to pick up the keys. I picked up the car and the service engine light was gone. When they lifted the battery cable they cleared the code and the code has not been back since. What a bunch of crooks!!!!!

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid, Parts=Avoid, bought there=No, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Maybe,
I'm a new Chrysler customer as well as employee. I came to your shop to have my oil changed on my company lease vehicle (2004 Pacifica) late last January. Your mechanics and service people did an excellent job. They even identified a power steering pump leak. I was told that they would order a new part and inform me upon its arrival and that it would take approx 10 working days. One month passed with no phone calls. I then followed up with a phone call of my own. I was told that they knew nothing of this and would order a new part right away. An additional month passed with no phone calls. Again, I called, and again, I was told that they knew nothing and would right away order the part. Again the cycle has repeated itself with no resolution in sight. My family and friends constantly joke with me about this issue in that your dealership maintains a 5 star rating. I work for DCX and find this type of customer satisfaction absolutely embarrassing. We as an organization and the dealer groups are working feverishly to turn this company around. I get tremendously upset when situations such as this arise. At times it appears that all the hard work being done both at the plant and dealership levels? in order to help turn this company around, are all for not. Please let me know what Meadowbrook Dodge dealership plans to do to help fix this situation and keep me, all my family, and friends as a valued customers?

I have a 1996 RAM P/U Sport that needed a couple recalls and had a check engine light problem for the past 4 years. I took it in for a diagnosis and the service advisor wanted $1,100.00 to replace the cat converter, O2 sensor, and a throttle body gasket that mysteriously disappeared, along with a leaky thermostat. The converter was $700.00 alone just in parts so when I asked for a price to do all but the converter he came back with $700.00. I said that would imply then that my final bill would be $1,400.00 then and that I was confused. He quoted another price of $450.00 just to do the OS sensor and a flush / fill. I asked him to break it down and the numbers he rattled quickly did not match up. I called him on that and he said his calculator was broke. I told him to put my truck back together and I'd pay the diag fee only. Even though no work is being done I couldn't get it back until the next day "sometime".  I'll never buy another Dodge or shop near Meadow Brook Dodge!!

Sales=Poor, Service=Don't Know, bought there=Yes, scv_there=No,
After purchasing a used 2000 3/4 ton Dodge Ram about 1 1/2 years ago, I returned to lease a new 2003. I was almost ready to lease the truck, but first I wanted the sales person to estimate the value of my trade in. Well, after they looked it over, the salesman said I had a repainted front end, and that the truck would be difficult for resale at this time. I told him that it must have been painted before I bought the truck (from their used car salesman). He said the mechanic claimed my truck never came through them (I had the receipt to prove it did). Anyway, after telling me how undervalued my truck is, he was willing to give me $12,800 for it. Well, that was far short of what the truck was worth, and below what I owed, so I left. About 1 minute after leaving the dealers lot, the salesman called cell phone saying he would give me the payoff amount for my truck, plus a $1000.00 towards the new truck. TOO LATE! Why do they have to play games like that! They talk about lease loyalty, what about loyalty to the customer?

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid,
Sales person was "put out" when we wanted to test drive vehicles. Gave us a truck with no gas in it to test drive. Complained to manager, and he seemed genuine and apologetic. Took my business elsewhere. Service is the worst I had ever been to. They stripped my oilpan, and wanted to charge me for it. They never fixed it the first time. Left car dirty (oil or grease on seats, door, windows, etc.). Will never go them for service, even if my car blows the engine right by them. Will have it towed to another dealership. Worst dealership I have ever seen for service (4 years ago). It amazed me when they got a 5 star rating from Chrysler. Someone must have had their palm greased.

Sales=Poor, Service=Poor,
Bought a 2001 Ram there in June 2001. Really had to deal tough with them to get a decent price and deal on my trade in. Then found vehicle had been delivered with no diesel supplement. Called and called the salesman who gave the usual 'I'll get back with you' or 'It's back ordered'. After 2 months found my salesman was long gone and no one knew anything about it. In the interim I have discovered this dealer has a employee turnover rate that is unreal. When I bought my truck they assured me they had a diesel mechanic on staff. The first time I took the truck in the first thing out of their mouth was 'We don't see enough of those to have a diesel mechanic!' Thank goodness the truck itself has been nearly flawless. Only problem was a hard starting and fuel tank pressurization problem which after the dealer had the truck for 2 days was thankfully sent to the local Cummins dealer who did a great job. Oh by the way the service manager then bitched at me because he had ! to write Cummins of Michigan a check for $600.00 for the repair! I will say that I had to buy a replacement passenger side mirror and their parts department was real well run and had the part the next day for me. The thing that concerns me the most about any dealership is when I hear about high turnover, makes you wonder if they can't keep the employees happy what chance does the customer have.

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid,
Mechanic forgot to tighten the oil filter on my Viper. I will forget to ever return there.

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
Don't Know or No Experience
