Sales department was not too bad. I got a good trade in and a decent price on
the vehicle I bought. The service department on the other hand is the absolutely
WORST I have ever seen in my life. They do not know what they are talking about
1/2 the time and the other 1/2, they are correct
but make things ALOT worse than they need to be. They have a habit of finding
nothing wrong when it is something that is a covered problem but bring up something
that is not covered and they are all over it. They charge, on average,anywhere
from $100 - $500 more than other dealers to fix things that
aren't covered. I would DEFINATLY stay away from the service department at ALL
costs unless you don't mind getting ripped off.

I would avoid this Dealership! We went to buy a car they tried to rip us off
on our trade in. Then they called and asked us to come back they would give
us more money for our trade in and they could do what we wanted. when we got
there they took our trade to the back to be evaluated. Then started a 2 person
high pressure sales approach. The bottom line they still were $5000.00 short
on the trade and were giving us what we wanted by trying to set up financing
with a $9000.00 balloon payment due and the end of a 7 year loan. I get employee
price and they are running $4500.00 in rebates. We would have have $10,000.00
over sticker price. By the way they kept our car outback so we couldn't leave
until they were ready. I would not go to this dealer if I had to.

Purchased a Service Contract when I signed the lease. The last time it was in
for maintenance they were suppose to rotate the tires, but didn't. Worse, they
told me they had (the tires were marked). They are very sloppy with the work.
Either it is not done properly or not done at all. They leave the vehicle messy
when they are finished. One time it was full of mud.
I purchased a new vehicle so i would not have the hassle of taking the car in
for work all the time. I am definitely not have that experience with this vehicle.
I am serious considering not returning to that dealer for my next purchase and
going to a new manufacturer all together.

try to put you in something you don't want and when approved by chrysler fin.
they won't put you in a car. Also they won't give you fair trade value for a
suv
ya i don't think that ralph should even run monroe dodge he is not there to
help anyone and only people with star credit so he can make a quick buck

The service experience was so bad I can't even explain it or you would think
I was bs'ing you...Don't think I am telling the truth just take a ride out there
and find out for yourself. You will be sorry for visiting there service department.
They hate to fix warranty items.... But if you have a problem and it is cash
out of your pocket, be careful....
Monroe Dodge is what gives DaimlerChrysler a bad name!!!

Purchased a used car that was run through their inspection. After picking the
car up it needs 2 tires, wiper blades, brake repair, cruise repair, air repair,
and they said bring it in and we will take car of it, but we keep taking it
in. Be careful and check out the car before you buy it. Check out everything
first

Have had truck in several times for no power. First the told me catalytic converters.
That did not work. Then they said bring it back, had it for a week and they
said it was a fuel injector, picked it up still no power took injector to work
nothing wrong with it and they downplayed it told me to bring it back in. After
spending over 1200 for one problem with no results I'm afraid I'm done with
Monroe Dodge.

you tell them what's wrong with the truck and they can never find anything
wrong with it. Had a oil change there they left the oil filter loose and never
greased the truck.

Took truck there twice to get it fixed could find anything wrong with it. Told
me all dodge trucks are like that. Took it to a second dealer they fixed it
in one day.
