We have purchased 5 different vehicles there and also had my son purchase a ram truck from there.
I will NEVER buy another vehicle there EVER!
Jim Schumacher was our salesman for many years and we also thought he was an honest person, but we found out the hard way, that he LIED and SCAMMED us into a $38,000.00 new ram that is a piece of garbage! We told Jim that we wanted to buy it, He told us to lease it, We told him we needed to make sure it had a warranty on the engine, He said it has a manufactures warranty, It does NOT! He sold us a $1400.00 add on warranty, that only paid for oil changes up to 36000 miles. We needed a warranty on the engine NOT on oil changes! Our truck has had so many problems,Especially the last recall that DODGE NEVER informed me of, I only found out about when I called to complain about the NO WARRANTY, Anyway it was a bad ball joint recall and our truck had all kinds of front end problems, because of this, But DODGE only repaired the ball joint! So now we our stuck with a lemon truck and a salesman who is just a complete LIAR! I know I should have read my paperwork, But because we knew Jim for years, We picked up our truck at 9:00 p.m. and only left with insurance and registration, The paperwork was sent out a week later....How convienient...huh? Fiancee' called to find out why we were sold an add on oil change warranty for 1400.00? The manager said he would return his call...... GUESS WHAT? NOBODY HAS RETURNED OUR PHONE CALL!!!!!!

Excellent! Wife bought 1999 Cirrus. no problems with sales or service. Always completed work on time with fair pricing. We bought a new 2004 Ram Quad from the lot. Excellent sales experience and super job in prep before delivery. Sales/Service follow-up after delivery great! My experience is treat the dealer the way you would want to be treated....dealings work both ways!!

I take exception to the rating given to O'Hara Dodge in Clinton Michigan. My situation may have been different,but last summer while returning home from a camping trip I had a u-joint go bad on my Ram 250. I stopped at O'Hara and received what I considered prompt courteous service. They even offered to help get electricity and water to our trailer if we were going to be tied up overnight.

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid,
Took truck for warranty work they left bracket off vacuum pump and shorted out battery and scratched fender. Second time the truck went in for work they wrecked it. Then sent the truck to local Ford dealer for body work and paint. Ford dealer also did lousy job on paint work. Dealership owner than got involved, in the end owner got me a new truck. Excellent sales staff and owner but avoid the service dept. In the end O'Hara Dodge did do the right thing and got me a new truck but I can not stress this fact enough AVOID THE SERVICE DEPT.
