Original report: went to oakland dodge to buy a 2007 caliber for my wife she found the one she wanted after a little haggling we agreed on a price to buy the car. after three diff. phone calls to confirm the price i was told to come down to do the paper work and buy the car .so i left work early so i could get there and low and behold the price had gone up!! said he made a mistake three days of phone calls i think i would of checked my addition not wait till the last minute or say you made a mistake. the worst put of it the salesperson did not really seem to care. so i walked out
no wonder the car companies are having trouble they just do not give a s--t

Avoid like the plague is appropriate in regards to this dealership. Although our first visit was acceptable, in fact the problem they were supposed to fix has now broken again - a valve problem controlling the inflow of fresh air. The more serious problem we have had with them
concerned a front end issue in which the driver's side tire was out of alignment- at only 13,500 miles! In fact this pulling was mild and had been present since we bought the van in May 2003. They "fixed" the alignment at that point. We were ready to go take a long road trip in our supposedly reliable new van, or so we thought. After only 1500 miles of driving (I'm guessing- the reality was from Detroit to Rapid City SD), we noticed the tire was wearing again. Well, needless to say we were worried, but on a schedule so we drove on and continued our trip. By the time we got home, 5,000 miles had pretty much toasted that tire. Why is this a problem with the dealership? They fixed t! he alignment again- for free- and promptly told us we had no recourse with regard to the worn out tire because we had "obviously hit something". How can that be? The van is out of alignment slightly, for some time, right out of the factory, which they "fix", and then again it's out before we can even get it home? This is bizarre and an outright stonewalling technique they used to prevent themselves for paying for the bad tire their sorry excuse for an alignment caused. When I contacted Dodge to complain, they said it wasn't their problem, either, and we had to work it out with these incompetents. It will really be cold when I buy another Dodge with treatment like this. I bought a van with an alignment problem, got it repaired only to find out it was still bad, and now am stuck with a worn out tire. Thank you very little. I could have hung on to my 148,000 mile Chevy Van and had an easier time with it. I don't know if Dodge reads this, but just in case, I'm sending ! my comments to Auburn Hills!

Had a problem with the power window, salesman (Pete) saw me drive in, came out to see what I needed, walked over to service dept. to tell them what I needed done. Quick efficient service. Second time same thing happened, didn't go through salesman, service was a little slower.. but still good. People friendly, courteous, helped my son with the drinking fountain.. a good experience all around.
