Service department is non-responsive and difficult to get along with. I will
not buy another vehicle from this dealership.

Took the truck there for stumbling and poor idle. They said it needed an air
filter, also needed a new fuel filter cause the engine had to work harder with
the bad air filter. They also said the trans. fluid needed to be changed. I
didn't know dirty trans. fluid could make the engine run bad. Took the truck
back because it had the same problem. After a week they said it had a bad MAP
sensor & connector, and it wasn't covered under warranty and wanted $188
to replace them. I paid the $95 for the sensor and replaced it and the connector
myself in 1/2 hour. Took the truck back for the 3rd time cause it still had
the same problem. They called and said they needed money from me to keep looking
at it even though it was still under warranty. They also said the computer didn't
show any faults, even though I gave them the print out from the Cummins QuickCheck
that I bought cause they didn't know how to do their job. it show the VP44 was
bad, but for some reason they didn't want to replace it. I'm taking it to another
dealer. I'll never buy anything from them!!
