Business has new owners with multiple dealerships in Kalamazoo area. Young guys with little
experience rotate as service managers. On one occasion pulled the wrong dual to repair
roofing nail puncture, then reinstalled without marking tire to valve stem location, resulting
in tire out of balance. Had to take truck elsewhere to rebalance. They do not have any
knowledgeable diesel technicians. Previous owners were good both in sales and service on non-diesel vehicles.

No haggle pricing. Bought my 99 Cummins 2500 SB 4X4 at $100 below invoice. Small dealership but very friendly. Can schedule service only one or two days in advance.
