Sold me a Certified used car, that wasn't certified. One week after purchase had $700.00 worth of repairs done and there is a $1200.00 worth of more repairs needed to bring it up to certified level.
Filed complaint with Chrysler Corporation for Fraud and is currently being investigated.

This is the second (2nd) vehicle purchased from this dealership throughout several years. While their pricing may not be the lowest, their honesty and ease of sale (no pressure) is worth the offset of the pricing. I am a former employee of this dealership. The owner takes time to make everyone feel at home and comfortable while doing business.

Sales=Fair, Service=Poor, Parts=Good, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
Salesman told me they always offered a $500 Military rebate just like the other dealers. When it come down to it, the rebate was "no longer offered." After settling on a price for the vehicle, the salesman comes out with a list of "options" which were already added to the truck and weren't included in the original pricing. These were things which could not be removed (i.e. paint and leather protection). Not entirely happy, I took the deal because the price was still good even with the extras. When signing the paperwork, the salesman conveniently forgot to include paperwork detailing the 5 year warranty on their applied paint and leather protection. If I didn't ask for it, I wouldn't have had anything to go on for warranty work. As for service...I took it back for the first oil change and to correct a vibration problem which was covered by a TSB. They told me it was normal vibration. The vibration is still there and the TSB to fix this problem has not been performed. I was in no hurry to get the truck back, but it took them 3 days to call to tell me the truck was done. Even then, the call I got was from customer service to see how happy I was with the work that was performed. When I told her that I didn't even have the truck back yet, she transferred me to service and they let me know I could pick it up at my convenience. The second issue happened recently when the rear window glass broken when I closed the door. I called the dealer and they flat out told me that the warranty does not cover glass. They did give me the name of a glass place where they send their glass work. After posting on a Dodge help forum, I was told that glass is covered in the first year or 12000mi. I called back to the dealer to tell them this and they didn't believe me and said that I would have to have it inspected. I brought it in and they said they would "see what they could do for me." The glass was covered under warranty, however they told me that they don't normally do this and that they were "hooking me up" by replacing the glass! I am not sure how doing what is required under contract is "hooking" someone up, but they did the work. Prior to leaving the dealership, I was told that I need to give them 100% on their survey because they "hooked me up." When the called to say it was done, they reiterated that they need to get 100% on the survey for doing this work for me. I also heard the same 100% line when leaving the dealership. I bought some mudflaps from the parts dept. They were good, got me what I wanted quickly and told me that I would be better off just installing them myself rather than having the dealership charge me. No complaints here.

The sales department needs work. Some tactics are high-pressure. Best salesman is a friendly person named Brian Noteboom who is very helpful and yet not pushy. Avoid some of the others. I would recommend that their sales department be avoided except for his stellar service.
