walked into the Dealership and there were 5 sales people doing nothing...wandering.. 2 out the side door smoking. Our Corporation recently required us to have fleet vehicles and told us to test drive certain models so we could decide what we wanted. I asked to test drive a vehicle and this was the response "we work on commission lady and we don't make any money on fleet vehicles so NO you cant test drive one" Why would us guys "waste time" when we work on commission. I will never step foot into that place again. I did not have as bad of an experience when I purchased a Durango 5 years ago but the salesman had to write up the numbers 3 times because they were wrong..... RUDE PLACE.

I took my Dodge Ram to them to find out what the ticking in the engine was from, and they told me to bring it back from where I bought it. The only reason I took my truck to them in the first place is, I Did Not want to take it back to the place I bought it from. (Poor Service there
also.)
This is my first dodge truck I have owned, and will be my LAST.
