Sales=Good, Service=Fair, Parts=Fair, bought there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
would like to make a statement to all new vehicle customers not satisfied with
repairs. If you have to return for problems that just don't seem to get fixed
on the first visit, let me tell you why. As a technician in a chrysler jeep
store we do not get paid from the manufacturer to diagnose the symptoms on your
car, only to change parts. We do the best we can for what we get paid. If we
have to spend time road testing to find the problem, which could be 30 minutes
or more sometimes, we don't get paid for that. That's why we get cars in and
out as fast as we can to try and make a living. Warranty doesn't pay us what
you think, usually half of what flat rate manuals list. So those of you that
think your entitled to free repairs when your warranty is up, you should have
bought a contract. Just think of the poor technician that just got screwed out
of proper compensation just for you. We don't work for the manufacturer, nor
do we get their benefits.You should go back and tip that technician to make
up for what he or she gave up for you. Now the service contracts don't even
pay us full rate. I hope this explained some of the possible problems you endure
in service departments, but we're all not like that.
Maybe technicians everywhere need to organize so we can get proper compensation
for our work. Its funny how Daimler chrysler knows that the month they terminated
our diagnostic time, it affected fixed first visit scores everywhere. They don't
seem to care.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Poor, Parts=Poor, bought there=No, scv_there=No,
Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
We got the lifetime oil change service here on our 2002 PT cruiser and 2000
Chrysler Voyager. These idiots would try to get us to change things 10,000 miles
before needed, would flat out lie, and try to get you to buy services not needed
at that time or not even needed for your car. AVOID THESE BONEHEADS!
