Hodges is one of those "back in the day" Type of dealership. Still family owned, one dealership operation. Nice clean new facility that looks like it was recently re-modeled. The sails staff is very good, they kept with the big city prices, but you pick it up with a full tank of gas, your choice of financing, not just the first one to come back from the bank, and a free first oil change coupon a week later from the sailsman! Even a thank you card at christmas. I have bought 4 new Chrysler products from them (93 Dakota, 97 Ram, 2000 Ram, 2001 Wrangler), and have had the same, almost predictable sales service.
  Their service is very good. This dealership is the one that my family has gone to for over 20 years, and most of the mechanics know me, my parents, my wife all by name. I had the tranny go bad in my 2000 3/4 ton Ram, and when they decided to re-build it, the trans. mechanic asked me " You want it to shift like a Cadillac, or like a truck?" Guess what! She shifts like a truck! No surging or etc... They pursued My problem, not the general problem, and gave it a real solution, not a general solution. They also have a good body shop that is one of the most reputable in mid Michigan.
