The service department has always gone above and beyond to take care of my car in a fast and friendly way.

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid,
Tried to sell me a whole new front end. All the other Dealer did was a TSB on steering gear and that did fix My ball joints, tie rod ends, pitman arm, idler arm and control arm bushings. And My trans didn't leak for Village Motor Sales, but it did for the other dealership; after they refilled it!!!! They also tried to sell me a $750.00 brake job that I had done three days earlier. They also refused to give me a copy of the estimate.
Sales=Excellent, Service=Avoid
If You want your truck repaired with unnecessary parts, this is the place to go. They tried to sell me a whole front end package,installed for $1200.00. To my surprise all I really needed was an adjustment to my steering gear. To there surprise I told them that,and showed them My Michigan Mechanics license M161165 And now they will be hearing from the state.
