This agency has two highly qualified diesel mechanics. The one I have dealt with is Kelvin, not Calvin as in another post at this site. Kelvin has given me good information and advice over the telephone, which along with recommendations from other customers,led me there for both recall and elective service. In November that caught a problem that could have resulted in a very expensive repair job, but I was out the door within an hour of them finding and repairing the problem.
They are quick to advise if they do not believe a particular service is required. They will also perform work, such as installation of exhaust temp. guages, etc., which other dealers won't touch. They even tabbed the notorious killer dowel pin at a reasonable cost, following my request.
Have not bought a vehicle from them yet, but plan to in near future.

We bought our first vehicle from Gene in 1988 upon recommendation from a friend and have bought numerous new and used vehicles from him since. We can always count on honesty and fairness in dealing with Gene in sales or Paul in the service department. The few times we have had a problem, they have come all the way to Kalamazoo to see if they could fix it on the spot before they took it back for service. It's worth the 45 minute trip - we wouldn't go anywhere else!!

These guys have fixed things for myself and a friend - under warranty, when they EASILY could have denied the repairs (and rightly so). Never gave any hassle, and the repairs were made very quickly! It doesn't get any better than these guys!

Posted to the TDR Forum: I recommend these guys to anyone! Professional, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile. I dealt with Calvin most of the time, who just so happens to be a TDR member himself.

Couldn't be better!  Gave best price right away and made warranty repairs after other dealers (and Chrysler customer service) refused to!  I will now drive 1.5 hours from where I live just to do business with these people after trying several others.  Worth the trip!
