Winners Dodge was a good experience, however they would not go the extra mile to get me the color truck I had wanted and I was stuck with a beige truck when I wanted black. All it would have taken was some phone calls and a simple trade with another dealer. However, throughout the three years with the truck I never had to have it serviced except for the basics such as brakes and tires. This was a 1999 standard cab Dodge Ram, the best truck ever!

This dealership is the exact way a dealership should be run. They treated me very well in sales and as far as service. Gary, service manager is very much into helping fix your problems and i will do business again and again with Winners Dodge..

In the July of 2003 my engine seized up on me while driving to work, no lights went on, it just stopped. Well after 7 days in the dealership they finally called me and told me there was no oil in the engine and told me it was customer negligence. That is when I pulled out all of my oil change receipts, and told them no, sorry, you're wrong. Well 15 days later I got my truck back with "new" parts put in the engine. They charged me $700.00. Now here I am in February of 2004, driving home from work and my engine started making a really weird noise so I called my dealership and told them I was on my way in. When I got there, they immediately said "hey, it's the guy who didn't change his oil"..this needless to say got me a little hot under the collar. I again gave them my oil change receipts, my latest change was 800 miles ago. I just got my call on Friday and they said" well sir, we have good news and bad news, good news you're getting a brand new engine!...Here comes the bad news, sorry there's nothing we can do about a free loaner or courtesy car. Chrysler won't let us give you one."....A brand new engine right out of the box at 27893 miles....pathetic....thanks for the soap box. Oh by the way I had a cracked crank shaft and 2 blown rods....
I should have listened to people with past experiences with the dealership. I'm completely disgusted my experience, and I now regrettably will not be doing business with Chrysler/Dodge...
