I bought my first car there almost a year ago and have had no problems with it. Got it at a great price and the service staff always sends me updates on when I should get my oil changed, etc.. Excellent dealership.

The vehicle was taken there 4 times for brake rotors (when it was still under warranty) after leaving the vehicle with them 4 times the problem wasn't fixed. They also refused to replace the brake rotors. They said Dodge would only allow them to turn them down ... they couldn't even do this because their machine was down and they had many other excuses. Needless to say the vehicle was driven to Appleton, WI where the local dealership replaced the rotors no questions asked, and it didn't take 4 visits! So now the brake rotors are bad again and we had no choice but to bring it to Adamson Motors again. They turned down the brake rotors. At the same time the fuel pump went out of the truck. So now the truck is smoking because there is oil all over under the hood and they never cleaned it off. We were without a vehicle for 4 days ... no loaner or shuttle since we need to be to work at 4:30 AM. I would strongly recommend staying away from this dealership.

I salute Adamson's and all their kind employees for the excellent service and ongoing commitment to excellence. We have been return customers since the 1980's and have not had a single adverse experience. We have referred dozens of family members and co-workers to this fine dealership and have received glowing reports and thanks for sending them to Adamson's. We are greeted by name when we enter the showroom or service area and from start to finish are extended the kind of treatment one would expect from a fine hotel! The service area really shines! Clean, fast, efficient! They have the whole process down to a fine art. Congratulations, Adamson's......You really know how to do it the right way.

Bought a vehicle from this dealership in 1995. The vehicle was used with a 1 month warranty. Of course, about a week after the warranty expired, antifreeze started to leak. I had a friend of mine, who is a certified mechanic, checked it over for me, and he found that there was a hairline crack on one of the heads, and that there was stop-leak in the radiator. I went to Adamsons and asked them about it; they told me that the mechanic that told me about the head problem didn't know what he was talking about, and that they(Adamson's) wouldn't do anything about it.From then on, I swore to never buy another vehicle from that dealership. And when people I know are planning on buying a Chrysler product, I steer them towards the dealership that I go to now, which is so much better it is unbelievable.
Adamson Motors...The place where they know they can get away with treating customers like crap because they are in a city with a big enough population to get away with it. I will buy my vehicles from small town dealerships, where they thrive on customer service. They need to in order to stay in business.
