Spring is here and hand washing of vehicles has returned. After washing my Durango,
my blood began to boil and my hatred of Dodge of Blaine renewed. Now that my
vehicle is just past the 5 year mark of ownership, that rail dust problem that
Dodge of Blaine and Daimler Chrysler refused to recognized as their problem
has continued to blossom. (Because you know that I must have driven the truck
down some railroad tracks when the paint was fresh from the factory!) Here's
how bad it is; I have attempted to trade and/or sell this vehicle off only to
be told by potential buyers and even dealers that the paint imperfections would
reduce the value of the vehicle. I so want to put this vehicle back on Dodge
of Blaine's shoulders so that the "non existent" paint job problem
becomes theirs but I absolutely cannot stand anyone on their staff and refuse
to give them my business ever again.
These guys are so crooked that the last time I was in there I was asked to leave
because an argument ensued with the Service Manager Rick because he told me
that he had no way of contacting anyone at Chrysler to help me with my problem.
Their dealership was done working with me and that it was my problem now and
to take it up with Chrysler. Do NOT EVER give this dealership any of your money
for any reason. If your car breaks down on the highway right next to their business,
ask to be towed 100 miles away from them!

Came from mesa, az for christmas had a bad noise sounded like the tranny took
the truck in and was told about all their problems (which didn't impress my
anyway) and had to leave the truck with them had to rent a car then had to leave
the truck another day so they could check it out, I had to pay for the rental!!!
104.00 for two days and I left the truck so that they had time to check it out
then they wanted the truck for the third day so that they could get the parts!
why were the parts not ordered as they said, the noise was between the tranny
and the rearend. the parts were not in mpls and I was leaving for Mesa on Wed,
which they knew on Mon when I brought it in. Very poor planning and very poor
service. I would not buy another car or truck from them because of the experience
I received. They never offered to pay for the rental and since the truck is
under warr. The next time I buy I could either drive a Chev or Ford. Maybe they
should have to post these comments from dissatisfied customers on their wall
and then people would know what to expect from the dealership b4 we spend big
money for poor very poor service. The truck still needs to be fixed and just
may be traded off to get rid of the problem.

We had paint peeling off the hood of our ram 1500 pickup. We brought it in to
see if it was covered under warranty and we were told yes, warranty would pay
for it. After they had all the paint off the truck they decided warranty would
not pay for it and they would not finish the job. We had to pay over $1000.00
to have the work completed. We now own a 2005 Ford 150. PS. DaimlerChrysler
would do nothing either.

The service manager Ri-h is looking for ways to NOT do warranty work: Example
if you put a transmission temp sensor in, He will void your whole warranty on
your transmission and engine.

I have been looking and dealing with every Dodge dealer with in 75 Miles of
the metro area on a Ram 2500 Cummins 4x4 for over a month. I talked with (BRUCE)
a Sales man with the Dealer and he Quoted me a Price and when we arrived at
the dealer, the Price did not change one Penny! (Unlike Other Dealers). They
don't Spin the Numbers and I got the truck for less then invoice. Try that at
some other dealers. Looking for a Good Deal? Talk to (BRUCE)! Looking for a
over priced dealer with Spin, Email Me I have a List of them. Also if your looking
to get a good Screwing? Go to your Local GM Dealer! (Merit Chev)
Did my home work and after 25 years of GM, I could see Dodge trucks are by far
the Best Deal. I will Recommend Blain Dodge!

I agree completely with the person who purchased the Durango. The Sales Manager,
Brad Hensler is the biggest prick in the world! He seemed to never have time
for the customer and would actually take phone calls while he was involved in
a face to face conversation with me. The sales department was insulted by my
claim that the new vehicle I had just purchased was not functioning properly.
They treated my like I was an idiot and huffed and puffed when I asked to have
the vehicle inspected and returned to me as it should have been delivered the
first time. NEVER GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR BUSINESS!! You can bet I won't. AVOID
LIKE THE PLAGUE is the best sentiment I could ever echo!

Sales=Avoid, Service=Poor, The sales manager at this location is a complete
slime ball! I bought a brand new Durnago from them and after taking delivery
noticed that the entire (White) truck was spotted with Rail Dust. I returned
the vehicle for inspection where upon they agreed with me that in fact was the
case. I have since made 3 trips back to the dealership to rectify the situation...end
result, a nicely buffed vehicle that still has the Rail Dust - they never delivered
what they promised me! While I gave up use of my Durango for 3 - 4 days each
time, I was placed in a 2 year old Neon that I had to wait up to a month to
get into and when I did someone previous to me used it and smoked their ass
off in it while they had it. The reason I bought the truck was to keep my kids
safe and get out of a small car but the Neon "was the only available loaner
on the lot". Ryan G. was great to work with but the sales manager (Brian or
Dan) is a complete prick!
