I am very disappointed with Dokmo's service department. I feel they were using my money throwing parts at my Sebring. I had to tow my car into Dokmo's. After a few days they called and said they found the problem. "no cam & no crank sensor". Needs a Distributor pack. $450. I told them to go ahead. A few days later they called and said "sorry that wasn't it". But needed to be changed anyway. But now they knew the problem. Needs the flex plate replaced. "Has to be it". "Can't be anything else". $800. I agreed to pay only if this fixed problem. After about a week they called us in for a meeting. The flex plate wasn't it. But they knew What it was. One of three items. security system, map sensor, or wiring. "Has to be it". "It can't be anything else". We agreed to 6 hours of labor and part's. About $500. After a few days they called and said sorry that wasn't it. But we know what it is now. The timing belt sprocket on the crank shaft had moved and engine was out of time. "Has to be it". "It can't be anything else". $500 We agreed again. This time the car started but we got a check engine light on the way home and car would quit running. after a few minutes the car would restart. We brought the car back the next day and they determined the #4 bank sensor was bad. $160. We agreed to pay. They replaced sensor and test drove car. The car quit on the technician while driving. He determined the problem to be the fuel pump. "Has to be it". "It can't be anything else". $450. This time we did not agree to pay and replaced fuel pump and fuel filter ourselves. for $150. At this point car still quits after a few miles.
I have couple reasons why I would not return to Dakmo's or recommend anyone else to use there service department. One reason is there manager bragging about they have 3 of the top Chrysler techs in the U.S. and after five weeks and $2000 my car is still not running. Another is we had a follow up call from Dakmo's on there service. I told them I was disappointed and would not return. she said the manager would be calling for a follow up. To this day I have never received a call. We got very tired of hearing the statement "Has to be it". "It can't be anything else" Just need another $$$$$$. After 5 weeks and $2000 we had to call it quits. Glad I didn't give them the $450 to replace the fuel pump.

Sales=Good, Service=Don't Know, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=Yes, scv_there=No, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
I bought a used truck 99' Ram. It was sold as a certified used vehicle and came with a 60day "full" warranty. After a week the battery went dead. I call them up and talked to them and they said that the battery was not covered in my "limited" warranty. I told them the sticker on my truck stated it had a "full" warranty. I argued with them and they agreed to replace the battery but I had to drive to their dealer ship if I wanted a new battery. I live about 40 miles form their dealership, they wanted me to drive with a dead battery 40 miles to probably get a crappy used battery and I would have had to take the day off work to do it. I told them to f*ck off and got my self a DieHard. Nice "Full warranty".
After all that the SOB called me to ask if I wanted him to mail my tabs.
