If you need service, see Michael Ennis. He is straight to the point and holds his word on prices. No B.S. like at Brookdale or Blaine.

I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership, and can highly recommend them. The sales staff is courteous and fair, and I was able to negotiate excellent pricing for both trucks. Although I haven't had any major service work done, I have had the vehicle in for minor repairs and oil changes - the service department is excellent, and meets/exceeds my expectations.

About a year ago I had my fully warranted dodge dakota serviced at Hopkins service center. I needed a new suspension, and a few other things. I had them quote me an estimate of the parts they there were to replace. The estimate came out to my $50 deductible with "no charge' printed next to all the parts. The service manager even went into a book to make sure all my suspension was covered by warranty. 5 months later I received a bill from them for $500 not specifying what they were billing me for. After several days of phone calls they indicated to me that my suspension was not covered by warranty. I told them about how the service manager looked up all the parts and said they were all covered by warranty. They said they didn't believe me and threatened collections on the bill. I made them aware that I had a signed estimate with "no charge" next to all the parts and we settled on $50 because that would be how much small claims court would cost me.

Hopkins town and country Dodge was a very nice place to buy a truck but when i had a problem with the truck (water pump at 5000mi) the service department turned a small problem into a 4 visit nightmare. Now at 20000mi brake rotors are warped and were replaced last night, now i'm going back for the second time so they can fix it again. I don't think that a five star service department needs 4 visits to fix a water pump and two for a simple brake job.

What does it take to get a five star service department rating? Please reply, don't ignore me any more this is pitiful.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Don't Know, Bought my '01 Ram 2500 Diesel over the Internet from Mike Bugs. Bought for $49.00 over dealer invoice. I couldn't find the truck I wanted anywhere. Mike located the Ram I wanted and got it from another dealer for no extra charge (it was one of only two in the state that had the equipment I needed). First time I met Mike was when I drove in to pick up my new truck. No BS, no games, everything was exactly as we had discussed over the phone. It was by far the easiest car buying experience I've had and I will probably buy my next vehicle on-line.
