Left my truck at Jeff Belzer in Lakeville to get serviced, tires rotated and to have the air conditioner fixed. Even though I made an appointment they were too busy to get my air fixed so they kept my truck over night. They parked it outside and the next morning I got a call that my truck had been broken into and that the passenger side window had been smashed in. They never offered to cover it with their insurance, never even apologized for what happened. I had to make arrangements with my insurance company to get the window fixed and during the whole time they seemed quite indifferent to my whole experience. They claimed to have a disclaimer which I was never notified of when I left my vehicle there. They even charged me $143 for the oil change, tire rotation, and the labor to look at my air even though it was covered under my bumper to bumper extended warranty.
The moral of the story is I'll never go back and I still don't think they even care if I do. I'm not even sure they ever even knew I had been there.
Love my Dodge better than the 6.0L Ford I had. Ford left me hanging with one of the lemon 6L turbo's that they had a lot of trouble with so I'll never own another Ford as long as I live. This is my third new Dodge and I'm sure I'll buy another Cummins when it comes time just not at Jeff Belzer in Lakeville, MN.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent, Parts=Excellent, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
I have had many very positive dealings with Jeff Belzer's Dodge. They have always been there for all my service needs and are usually able to get me something to drive while I wait. I live in Lakeville and we have all of our oil changes done on all our vehicles there. The 3 bay quick lube is excellent, they just did a major renovation and the whole system runs pretty seamlessly. If you want to buy a Dodge like my Ram I would recommend going there first or last but definitely stop by. I have always found their pricing to be as good or better than the supposed 1 price stores.

Sales=Fair, Service=Avoid, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes,
brought my dodge cummins 3500 in to have minor glitches fixed (after buying new there). Treated me like it was my fault, and /or that I was just a complainer. They were polite enough, but it was clear it was me that was the problem, not the dodge. I had synthetic fluid put in the rear axle, and much later discovered they had left all the bolts loose on the pumpkin cover. (I just didn't have time to do it myself before a long trip. I called the service manager and got no response. I also discovered they were ignorant on a little switch that switched the speedo readings (which I complained about.) The sales department knows nothing about dodges /and /or cummins, but pretends they do! Spit on them as you go by, but don't enter!!!!!

Sales=Avoid, Service=Good, I purchased a used 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport with 18,000 miles. When I got the vehicle home I noticed tar spots on both rear quarter panels. When I asked to have the tar cleaned up the sales rep accused me of driving through tar and did not want to detail the vehicle I didn't appreciate him questioning my character. Shortly after that about two weeks later the transmission went out and once again it was a struggle dealing with Belzers. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership and I have went out of my way to let everyone know how badly I was treated. Do not buy a vehicle from Jeff Belzers.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Poor, the sales man I used has since moved to another dealership. Some of the rest are a joke. Demand a Ram at invoice, I got mine for that. Dealer hold back is a little over 1000. The service is a joke. I was treated very good till the third time in for warranty work. Fit and finish is bad on the rams. I inquired about TSB 18-019-01. They told me it would cost $70. After asking me how many mines of truck... 66k is still under engine warranty. Their diesel guy did not even know about the tsb... Went to Dodge of Burnsville and got it done for free.

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid, I have had my 1500 4x4 SLT+ Ram in to Belzers Service Department numerous times! The main complaint I have had is the heated seat. I has not worked for over 3 months and I have had it in 5 times and they replaced the switch (I told them it wasn't the switch) Still doesn't work! They NEVER call you, EVER. I have had to call them every time. I even told them if the tech needed to call me he could... no call... and I go in to pick it up... No fault found... I give up! They now have my Ram with a list of 12+ items that I am demanding get fixed of which 2-3 of them I have complained about before but have not been repaired. After this repair, it will never see their parking lot again, I will find some where else to go! (Only brought it back because I am past the manufacture warranty and I refuse to pay the deductible of my extended!
PS: I had an issue with the sides of the truck box, it took almost 9-10 months and 5-10 phone calls to finally fix the problem. (Wavy sheet metal on both sides of the box) The paint doesn't Match :(

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid, I brought my dodge Cummins 3500 for a rear end fluid change, and to fix a problem with the cruise control. They said the cruise was all right (still having major problems with it), and left the bolts for the pumpkin (rear end) loose. I called the service manager, left a message on his voice mail, and he never called back. I had thought they had charged me too much, I left feeling like I had paid way too much. It's supposed to be a five star dealership, but I was left with incompetence at every turn.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Good,  I have bought many vehicles at this dealer and have always been treated well and fairly.

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
Don't Know or No Experience
