Bought truck from them about 5 years ago had been in there several times for serivce. They never could find the problem it was like they did not know what was wrong with it so i'll fix this and that and hope it fixes it. I got tired of spending a lot of money like thousands range on something that did not need to be fixed. So i bought a newer one from someone else and have been happy. I also stopped in to see if they would accept my daimlerchrysler warranty and was told they do not accept warranty from chrysler because they don't get paid. I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!!!

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Excellent, Jay Johnson was the tech I worked with and unfortunately the gentleman who was the service counter (manager I think) I cannot remember his name. Both of these gentlemen were outstanding in answering my questions, explaining thoroughly any delays and being completely honest about what was going to happen and what they needed to do in order to meet Chrysler's warranty guidelines. I think we forget sometimes that the local guys don't make the rules they just have to work under em. Regardless these guys were jumping hoops for me and Chrysler and were courteous and friendly all the way through. The part I needed was the lift pump and needed to be ordered, would have been three days and they paid to have it shipped overnight and did not charge me for the extra expense. All in all one of the most positive experiences I have had with a dealership service department.
