this is one of the most crooked dealers in minnesota...if they don't make $2000 on every vehicle they don't sell it. the service department is run by a jackass named MARSHALL SETHER he is a lying piece of crap don't believe a word this guys says he will cheat you out of warranty work, he will overcharge, he will do needless repairs. avoid like the plague. I HATE WHERLEY'S!

Sales staff unwilling to deal. One vehicle was defective when purchased, Wherleys unwilling to correct the problems. Was victim of bait-and-switch by service department, costing ~$2500. (Set up by service department, actually performed by Tom Wherley himself. - Transmission) Have been rejected for several warranty issues. (Back-up lights, rust, interior) Mislead by service department to perform unnecessary repairs costing weeks and hundreds of dollars when there was a Service Bulletin for a five minute repair. (Transfer Case). Next time I'm buying a Toyota! (Out of town)
